July Glossybox USA 2012

Hello readers! Guess what? I finally got my July Glossybox! This month’s Glossybox theme is Summer Nights. Does Summer Nights remind you of a song?

Something noticeable about this month's box is that it did not come in the grey and pink mailing box. It's no big deal really. Just wondering if this is a permanent change or if I'm the only one...?

Ok, no need to waste time now, let’s dive right into the box.

*Figs & Rouge Lip, Face & Body Balm. Full Price: $6.00

*Senna Cosmetics Mineral Eyes Shadow Trio. Full Price: $24.00

*Ruddy Water Blushed fragrance sample. Full Price: $22.00

What do you think so far? Is there anything that’s catching your eyes? No need to feel bad if there’s none since I felt the same way. Ugh! The only thing I like out of this box is the eyeshadow trio by Senna Cosmetics.

I’m on the fence with everything else and I am mostly upset that I got the Sebastian Color Ignite Multi Tone Shampoo & Conditioner. I wouldn’t mind getting Sebastian hair products in the future, but it has to be something for my hair type. My hair is not colored nor is it highlighted and these Sebastian products are meant for colored hair. 

I read somewhere that Glossybox USA is working out a few of their kinks at the moment and I hope that they work on tailoring the boxes to correspond with each person’s beauty profile. Leave me a comment and let me know what you got in your box or if you’ve tried any of the products I received.

I mentioned in my last post that my beautyADDICTS Show Off Mascara was damaged and I contacted Glossybox about it.  I want to let you all know that I received it the day before I got this month’s Glossybox and it took about 2-3 weeks for me to get my new replacement. No complaints here, just a big ole’ “Thank you, GB! Great customer service!”
